EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At ChocHair.com, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free return and exchange policy. Please see our guideline below for details.

 

WHAT IS INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS?

  • The frontal lace was cut or damaged
  • The original packing or product was altered
  • The item was worn or sprayed any hair styling products
  • The item was damaged and the original status was changed
  • Care and styling product, accessories, liquids.
  • Special order and clearance items

 

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND

 

We allow one time free exchange or refund for each order.

  • Items are received within 7 days will be eligible for a return & refund or exchange; otherwise, please contact with customer service.
  • Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging, free gifts) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

You have two ways for refund:

  • Store Credit – You can return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s). Store credits available for each order are limited.
  • Return for Refund: Applied to your original payment account. (debit/credit card, paypal, etc.)
